Making a Quick Tea to Heal a Cold
There is nothing worse than a summer cold right? Ok there are a lot of things worse than a summer cold-but let’d dive into this easy recipe to heal that cold quickly.
Ingredients
- 1 large Ginger Root
- 4-5 Turmeric Roots
- Cracked Black Pepper
- Good Quality Olive Oil
Ginger Root
Ginger root has many healing properties
How to Make
- Wash and Cut Ginger Root into Large Pieces
- Wash Turmeric and leave whole or cut in half
- Add to 6-8 Cups of water in Large pot
- Boil For 2o minutes
- Cool for 5
How to Serve
- Choose your favorite mug
- Strain liquid through a small Sieve or Cheese Clothe
- Add Cracked Black Pepper
- Drizzle Good Quality Olive Oil on top
- Drink 1-2 cups every 4-6 hours until cold is gone +take with zinc to shorten colds length
