Sushi Bowl

Crispy Sushi Salmon Bowl

  • -Cube Salmon into bite size bites ( remove skin)
  • Season gernerously with:
  • garlic powder
  • salt
  • onion powder
  • Paprika (I use a lot because we love the smokiness of it)
  • Heat skillet and stir fry the salmon-I dredged in flour and baking powder to add that crispiness
  • allow to cool for 3-4 minutes
  • Sushi Rice
  • Prepare rice according to package
  • make a sauce of 1 cup Rice Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 3TBS sugar
  • cook until dissolved
  • MIX with Cooked Rice

ADD

  • Julienne Carrots
  • Sliced Parisian Cucumbers
  • sliced avocado
  • sliced japlenos

Top with Spicy Mayo & Black Sesame seeds

  • 1/2 C mayo
  • 2TBS siracha
  • 3tbs honey
  • Add slices of Nori Paper to your bowl

Add all ingredients into your bowl and ENJOY!!!

Licking the bowl is acceptable with this delicious recipe! Your kids will devour it!
